These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Termis online store at shop.termis.co and any purchase you make. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

The store is operated by مؤسسة تيرميس كوفي (trading as Termis), a business registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Registration details are on our Contact page.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You sign in using your mobile number and a one-time passcode (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your number secure and for activity on your account.

3. Products & pricing

• All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
• Product descriptions, images, and availability may change without notice. Coffee is a fresh product; roast dates and stock vary.
• We try to keep pricing accurate, but if a genuine error is found we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

4. Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, the address is outside our delivery area, we suspect fraud, or a pricing error occurred. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

5. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), and card payment through a licensed payment provider where available. When you pay by card, the payment is processed securely by our provider. A COD handling fee, if any, is shown at checkout before you confirm.

6. Shipping & delivery

Delivery times, coverage, and shipping costs are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight, and shown before you pay.

7. Returns & refunds

Your rights to return items and receive refunds are described in our Return & Refund Policy, in line with Saudi consumer-protection rules.

8. Intellectual property

The Termis name, logo, product images, and store content are our property or used under licence and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, place fraudulent or automated orders, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Termis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with the “Last updated” date, applies to your order at the time you place it.
