Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship freshly roasted coffee and Termis goods across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes, and what shipping costs.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to cities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping partners

Orders are delivered through our shipping aggregator and its partner couriers. At checkout you may see one or more delivery options (for example, doorstep delivery or pickup-point collection) depending on your city.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days. Coffee is roasted and packed fresh, so a little preparation time helps ensure quality.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your city and the courier. Remote areas may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery city and the weight of your order, and is shown clearly before you confirm and pay. All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT where applicable.

Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, you pay the courier when your order arrives. Any COD handling fee is shown at checkout before you place the order.

Order tracking

After dispatch, a tracking number is added to your order. You can follow its status any time from your My Orders page.

Delivery address

Please make sure your address, national short address, and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a delivery fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
